    1. O que parece certo é que a TSU caiu e lá se vai a única medida de apoio ao crescimento. É claro que há sempre outras formas de contratar barato mas os cofres do estado vão sofrer muito mais do que que com a baixa da TSU.Para leigos como eu e indo ao encontro do post da DrªMargarida, o dinheiro entra e sai todo do mesmo saco. Talvez fosse bom acabarmos com as coiintburções para a SS e pagar pensões a quem precisa e não a quem descontou. Até porque o que se contratualiza com os trabalhadores é um salário liquido e não bruto.
